Today we were delighted to host the “Wind4Kids” workshop led by OffshoreWind4Kids founder William Beuckelaers at Eye Level Dazhi. We had 45 children in total, and the workshop consisted of both a short conventional learning session and a fun-filled hands-on experience! William introduced, in simple words, the background and concept of wind energy, to stimulate their curiosity and build up their knowledge about offshore wind. Later on, the children were given a chance to design and build their own wind turbine to get to know a bit more about what’s involved through having a go themselves!
